Bishop Arts, Deep Ellum, Oak Cliff, Greenville Ave. POS uptime, payment failover, kitchen Wi-Fi.
You don't need a 200-seat enterprise IT contract. You need someone who picks up the phone, fixes the actual problem, and bills you fairly. We're forty-five minutes south on I-45 — close enough to show up, far enough to keep prices honest.
Most Dallas-based MSPs are built around landing a few large enterprise contracts. Their pricing, ticket portals, and 90-day onboarding processes are designed for the 1000-seat customer. Drop a 12-person restaurant or a 40-person law firm into that machine and the experience is bad on both sides.
We're built for the small-business customer specifically. No portal logins, no Dallas-rent overhead in our pricing, no minimum contract length, no MSP-software-fees passed through to you. You text. We answer. We fix. We invoice in plain English.
Bishop Arts boutiques, Deep Ellum bars and live venues, Oak Cliff family restaurants, Lakewood law firms, Lake Highlands medical practices, M Streets accounting offices, Garland and Mesquite contractors, Uptown agencies, North Dallas dental and specialty clinics. If you're inside the LBJ loop or on a major spoke out of it, we drive there.

Honestly, mostly in our favor. We're 45 minutes south on I-45. We don't pay Dallas-rent overhead, our pricing reflects that, and we're not stuck in the Dallas-MSP herd-mentality of ticket portals and 90-day onboardings. Same-day on-site for monthly clients.
All of them, in practice. Bishop Arts, Oak Cliff, Deep Ellum, Lakewood, Lake Highlands, Uptown, Downtown, M Streets, Oak Lawn, North Dallas, Garland, Mesquite. If you're inside the LBJ loop or on a major spoke, we'll get to you.
For shops with 5–300 staff and no in-house IT, yes — we're built for that scale. Big MSPs are designed around 1000-seat enterprises. Their pricing, processes, and ticket-portal culture don't fit a 12-person restaurant or a 40-person law firm. We do.
That's not us. If you need a full-time on-site tech, we'll tell you and recommend someone Dallas-based. We do remote-first with same-day on-site for issues — most of our clients see us once or twice a month, and that's plenty.
