What we are: a small team — me, two techs, and a scheduling coordinator — who set up small businesses the way we'd set up our own. Real phone numbers. Plain-English invoices. No ticket portals you have to log into to complain that your Wi-Fi is down.
What we aren't: an MSP. We don't want 400 clients. We want forty clients we actually know the names of — the shift managers, the POS that's always rebooting, the printer the staff has named.
We're based in Ennis, TX and serve the full Dallas/Ft. Worth metro. Same-day on-site for emergencies. Remote-first for everything else. Text the number, get a human within the hour.
